    Our office hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm and by appointment. We are located 20 miles from Prudential Center in the Back Bay district of Boston and 40 miles from Providence, Rhode Island. Our location is right in the middle of the three states we serve (Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire). Our customers can easily stop by our showroom to try out our mobility and accessibility products, such as stairlifts, wheelchair ramps, power scooters, and lift chairs.

Meet the Team

  • Mary Lynn Miller, Sales Manager

    Mary Lynn Miller has over 30 years of experience in the Accessibility and Elevator Industry. She works diligently as a consultant with architects, general contractors, larger elevator companies, and residents of our area to provide accessibility to their home or commercial building. Mary Lynn is also known as New England’s liaison or “go to person” for accessibility equipment. She has had continuous growth throughout her career from inside support, service sales (maintenance), new equipment sales (new installations), sales manager, and branch manager. She chaired on a committee to implement TKA’s Standard Operations Procedures “SOP” and Estimating tools.

    Mary Lynn was top sales for 3 years at ThyssenKrupp Access along with being presented with the highest sales Margins Award in the company history. Her strengths include team building, customer relations, rapport, and maintaining a positive influence with staff or peers. She attended Massachusetts Bay Community College to major in Business and Marketing. She also manufactures certifications including Product Knowledge, Sales Presentation, AIA Savaria Concord, Waupaca, Inclinator, and ThyssenKrupp Access. Mary Lynn’s personal interest includes volunteer work, Girl Scout Leader, and an occasional round of golf!

  • John Gile, Certified Elevator Mechanic

    John Gile has over 15 years of experience and training in the elevator industry. He is knowledgeable on all required codes, including elevator, fire service, electrical, and ADA. His strengths include installation, maintenance, and trouble shooting on elevator equipment, wheelchair lifts, and stair lift equipment. His previous education and certifications include IUEC Local 4 Elevator Mechanic, National Elevator Industry Educational Program, US Navy Electrician’s Mate Class A School Electrical and Electronics, and Greater Lowell Technical High School Electrical. John is ThyssenKrupp Access & Bruno certified.

  • Christine Rabidou, Stair Lift and Ramp Specialist

    Christine Rabidou is a competent and reliable mobility specialist with over 15 years of various experience serving as a liaison between management, sales personnel, clients, and vendors with maturity, honesty and professionalism.

  • Ben Hall, Certified RI Elevator and Lift Installer & Stair lift Technician

    Ben Hall has over 8 years of experience in the industry and he was a lead installer for a national stair lift company. He has manufactures training and knowledge on Elevators, Vertical Platform lifts, and Stair Lifts. His strength includes installation, maintenance, and trouble shooting on vertical platform lift and stair lift equipment. Ben has a tremendous amount of patience and passion for his work and his customers. His previous education and certifications include Osha 30 certified, Aviation Schooling, and graduated from Moody Bible Institute.

101 Mobility Massachusetts Supports the 16th Annual Snowflake Kickball Festival

Sue Falamino and the staff at 101 Mobility in Marlborough, MA recently gave back to their local community through the 16th Annual Snowflake Kickball Festival.

Each year for the past 16 years, residents of Marlborough, MA get together for a “Kickball Festival” fundraiser where teams compete for a cause. The fund directors, Joe and Kim Otte, identify a different primary beneficiary each year. This year’s beneficiary is Nolan Lane, a local 6-year-old boy. Donations were also given to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute as well as a local family who’s child was born with a deformity.
