As an engaged member of the community, his extensive leadership roles across various industries have given him a broad understanding of the challenges and opportunities in fostering accessibility and inclusion. Joe is actively involved with franchise owners, aging-in-place suppliers, and innovators daily. These interactions have profoundly shaped his perspective on the industry, fueling his dedication to communicating the vital resources available to seniors who desire to live their best lives at home.

Beyond his professional life, Joe is the proud father of two amazing daughters excelling as students and young professionals. Recently married, Joe and his wife enjoy staying active together, whether they are cycling or engaging in their new shared hobby, Ruck Sacking. When he’s not exploring the outdoors, Joe indulges his passion for history through reading and is continually inspired by the stories of our past.
