Allison Smoot

Allison Smoot, our Managing Partner at 101 Mobility of San Antonio, began her career as a registered nurse specializing in home health and hospice care. In 2007, she started a family-owned adult home health and hospice company, driven by her devoted passion for senior and end-of-life care. Joining 101 Mobility was a natural fit for Allison, blending her entrepreneurial spirit with her dedication to helping others. Outside of work, Allison enjoys managing her farm/ranchette with her husband and four children.
