Meet Dylan, a dedicated Technician at 101 Mobility for the past year. A recent graduate from UEI in 2023 with an ET certification, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. Dylan is also certified in CPR, Ocean 10, and holds the Bruno Certificate of Achievement, showcasing his commitment to excellence. What sets Dylan apart is his passion for troubleshooting; he loves digging into issues to find the root cause and providing effective solutions. His friendly demeanor and focus on building relationships make him a standout in customer service, as he genuinely enjoys getting to know clients. Outside of work, Dylan is an outdoor enthusiast who appreciates nature and finds joy in laughter.
