The product is clean and neat looking. Runs smoothly with simple controls and seems to have very little maintenance requirements in the future. The administrative interface with the sales office was great with no problems. The two man crew that had to drive 4 1/2 hours to install the lift we easy to talk to, knew exactly what they were doing, and took great care to protect the surroundings where the lift was installed. After doing a lot of research on mobile devices for staircase I decided on 101 Mobility to provide me with a quote. I asked for installation as soon as possible as my wife was getting out of the hospital and needed it on her release. They worked with me and got me a quote the next day. Edward provided the quote and his company did everything the could to expedite the install. The two techs doing the installation were very capable and explained all the features. On our first visit to 101 Mobility,Mrs Andres explained the various products that were available,including booklets and information,while would help us make a decision on our needs. She was very helpful by answering all of our questions concerning each product that we wanted to discuss.The quotes that she provided for several scooter lifts&hitches was within our budget ranges. After discussing our choices when we return to our home, we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Andres on our return to their location. Once again the service that was rendered by the Andres was "outstanding" and we accept the quotes of our choice. In a few days the Lift&Hitches were delivered to the store. We were called by Mrs Andres and advice the items were delivered and told that we could be serviced the very next day by bringing our vehicle to their shop. The complete service of installation was done in less than 3 hours by their technicians.The complete experiences was STRESS FREE for 2 happy seniors.
