“101 Mobility of Memphis has been incredible to work with and I am so relieved that we chose to go with them for a custom stair chair installation on our pie-shaped staircase. Our Handicare 4000 was their first install since the model upgrade and there have been a few hiccups, but 101 Mobility has solved every one of them. TA is the tech we’ve seen the most and he’s fantastic! Incredibly professional and persistent. Stair chairs and elevators will… have their problems – I don’t care who you purchase them from. In my opinion, it’s most important to go with an install company who shows up when those issues occur. 101 Mobility has never let us down and any issue we have run into has typically been resolved same day.
