My daughter stair elevator is going on being installed for 6 months, and so far it has been working flawlessly. She depends on that chair and I'm sure it has helped her immensely.It sure adds value to here home and she seems to be very pleased with it. A lot of older people would need something like that to live in a 2 story affordable home, so if and when she decides to sell it, it should be easier to sell.

I just love how your install was completed , very satisfied I am Your people were very professional, they cleaned up after they were done and careful not to cause any damage to my house. I just love how a simple installation of a chair lift has made my life so much different I have two bad knees that the doctor wants to replace, which isn't going to happen as long as I can walk, I lost my left foot ligament three years ago and have been suffering trying to get up my stairs and get down my stairs but now since I have this wonderful chair lift my knees and foot feel much better and I have only been up and down on it about 14 times. Now my house if just like a single story home to me anyway. Thank you very much I wish I had done this sooner and not suffered so much.

What was the BEST was that you called within an hour after I requested information on a stair lift. And it was installed 2 days later. You can't beat that for prompt service! The stair lift has saved me in being able to get down to the main level of our house while I am recovering from a broken leg.

It works very well. The two men who installed our unit did a very nice job of installing the chairlift. They cleaned up all the debris from drilling through our slate floors and did not leave our home until they were positive it was all working perfectly.

I am fully satisfied with my stair lift. I have used several times daily and with only one exception, I am completely satisfied with the service that was given when I did have a problem. The only thing I had to wait for the faulty part to be shipped in. But that was not your fault.

Super service. Annette was phenomenal. She came to measure and suggest the best solution for my situation on Monday after Thanksgiving. She called me at home in Olympia, Wa to discuss the options the next day. I asked about installation as I needed to have it in before my arrival on Saturday. She said they would try the best they could. I called back that afternoon and said I wanted the chair lift for my short stairway and needed it installed this week. She called the next morning and arranged to have it installed that same day! Such a relief for me and it worked perfectly when I arrived 3 days later. Thank you!!
