“I previously had a chair lift in Texas and used it primarily to move heavy or bulky items between the two floors. So, I knew that would be a solution to my similar situation in PA. I contacted 101 Mobility last week and arranged with Dave to have it installed. Kelly called me yesterday to advise when Eddie would be arriving; he arrived on time. And less than 1.5 hours, the installation was complete. I am very satisfied and would recommend… 101 to anyone. “Everything about this experience with 101 Mobility was exactly as promised. The time for delivery, the cost, the time for installation, the performance of the elevator and our happiness with the entire project matched 100% what 101 Mobility said in advance. In other words, there were NO unpleasant surprises. It took a while, but we knew in advance that it would. The finished installation is beautiful. Oh, there was one thing we weren’t prepared… for — it made a lot of noise near the top of the hoist. Otherwise it was quiet. The installer told me they all do that for the first couple of weeks until the cables and drums conform to each other. Once again, what they promised came true — the elevator after two weeks now runs quietly ALL the way up and down. Our “grocery cart” from Amazon came yesterday and fits the Trio easily. “My wife has Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) a neurodegenerative disease, causing issues with movement and balance, leading to a non-ambulatory state and eventually requiring assisted wheelchair use to move around our two story house. All bedrooms are on the second floor. After a number of months discussing ramps, stairlift and elevator options with a number of other major local suppliers, we settled on 101 Mobility to address my wife’s… medical home improvement needs. Marine at 101 Mobility promotely and very professional addressed and dealt with our architectural issues, aesthetic concerns and medical requirements. None of the other better known suppliers came close to trying to meet our complete needs nor appeared capable of doing so. 101 Mobility installed a Stiltz Trio and metal ramp. The Stiltz Trio accommodates an occupied Golden Cricket Wheelchair and a second person. They also supplied and installed grab bars and bed rails. Everything was professionally and quickly installed by the team at 101 Mobility and any subsequent “operator errors” and minor service issues quickly and patiently resolved. After eight months of constant use of all of the equipment supplied by 101 Mobility we are completely satisfied with its utility in meeting the medical needs of my wife’s progressively deteriorating situation.
