Our Mobility Specialists undergo rigorous training to earn their equipment repair certifications from each of the manufacturers that we represent before they are sent out into the field to assist our customers. Repairs performed by our licensed technicians are approved by equipment manufacturers, and will not interfere with the manufacturer’s warranty.

Not only are our Mobility Specialists highly trained and knowledgeable, they are also thoroughly screened to ensure they meet our high standards. We only hire the utmost respectable and trustworthy individuals – individuals that we would feel comfortable having in our own homes, assisting our family members.

Routine Maintenance


101 Mobility offers top quality products from only the most trusted brands in the industry. However, even with the best products, routine maintenance may be necessary to keep your equipment functioning like-new and to extend its lifetime.

We recommend scheduling regular equipment check-ups with our experts to avoid preventable issues down the road. After your mobility or accessibility product is installed, our Mobility Specialists will recommend service intervals, and can even schedule your next service appointment for your convenience.

Questions & Issues


Even with top quality products and regular maintenance, frequent use and unpredictable conditions may, on rare occasion, result in equipment malfunctions. We understand how integral items such as platform lifts and stairlifts can be to your daily life, and the major inconvenience that arises if your equipment is out of operation.

We promise to answer our phones when you need us, or to have someone call you back as soon as possible if we are not immediately available outside of business hours. If your equipment is out of operation, our first course of action will always be to perform basic troubleshooting over the phone in order to rule out simple fixes and save you the time and cost associated with a service call. If troubleshooting does not resolve your issue, we will schedule to have one of our Mobility Specialists on site as soon as possible – often the same day!
