    Kim Kuester

    Owner & CEO

    Kim is responsible for lead generation, marketing, and oversight of the business. She holds the business’ Contracting Licenses and Certifications. Kim is a CAPS Certified, Aging in Place Specialist by the National Association of Home Builders and on the board of the local National Aging in Place Counsel and is Admitted to Practice Law in New York.

    Frank Sacco

    General Manager

    Frank has nearly twenty years’ experience in the field of Accessibility/Mobility Solutions and Durable Medical Equipment. He is responsible for daily business including sales, purchasing, customer trouble shooting, vendor relations and business growth. He maintains the office electronic operating system including scheduling, invoicing and accounts payable. He is also CAPS Certified. Frank served as a Sergeant in the US Marine Corps and is a nationally recognized Champion Barbecue Pitmaster.

    Mike O'Donnell

    Construction Services Manager

    Mike has over thirty years’ experience in Home Modifications in the Aging in Place field. He is the one go-to person responsible for the entire job from providing estimates to following the job specifically according to the scope of work provided. Mike is NAHB Certified in Construction and CAPS Certified. He is also certified in Bruno Lifts, Harmar Lifts, Handicare Ceiling Track Systems, SpanAmerica, ARJO Huntleigh, Joerns & Stiltz Elevators.

    Anthony Salducco

    Mobility Service Manager

    Anthony Salducco is the Mobility Service Manager. He is in charge of the management of all technicians and every aspect of the installation and performance of all product we provide at 101 Mobility. Anthony is trained and certified by Bruno Lifts, Harmar Lifts, Handicare Ceiling Track Systems & Stiltz Elevators to name a few. Anthony will explain in plain terms the operations of our stairlifts, platform lifts, transfer systems and any detail a client can think of to make sure they are comfortable. Anthony makes adjustments where needed, services and maintains all of our equipment.

    Don Belcher

    Mobility Consultant

    Don is part of the original team at 101 Mobility and has over five years of experience consulting with clients about their mobility needs and solutions on Long Island & the Metro area. He strives to give as many options as possible in any given situation - keeping costs top of mind. Don also has served as past Firefighter, Lieutenant and Captain of Garden City Park Volunteer Fire Department.

  • Darien

    Darien Dorio

    Mobility Consultant

    Darien has been with 101 Mobility for well over three years. Darien has the added benefit of when evaluating a home for accessibility, he also may be the installer who installs, maintains and services your ramp, chair lift or other accessibility equipment. The experienced eye of knowing just what will work and not work is a tremendous bonus.

    Darien is also a Nationally ranked Paint Baller.
